Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to please and keep our loyal customers satisfied and coming back! Though Haus of Hound does not honor full refunds, we do honor exchanges under certain circumstances.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Haus of Hound

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from hausofhound.com, can be returned. HOH products purchased through other retailers such as amazon, ebay, or a personal seller must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all original pieces, documentation, and in the condition it it was received.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return and refund, including:

• Items that have been damaged or tampered with that is not at the fault of Haus of Hound.
• Items that were not received within the turnaround time frame given. HOH turnaround times are estimated, but can change and extend due to order volume at that time.
• Items that have been used and cannot be sent back in the same condition as new.
• Items that were purchased with a discount greater than or equal to 25%. 
• Items that were purchased using a gift card. 

Furthermore, Haus of Hound is not responsible for any items lost or tampered with after it has left the studio and has been shipped. If you have any concerns regarding a lost package, a package that has been damaged, or a tracking number that reads inconclusive, please feel free to email us at info@HausofHound.com or leave a message below and we will be happy to assist you.
